Rental property cleanouts

Junk removal for property managers and landlords handling tenant move-outs, post-eviction cleanouts, and rental turnovers in the DC area.

Arrange the turnover pickup

Send photos of the furniture, appliances, and remaining contents, along with the unit address and turnover deadline. Identify exactly what should be removed and who can authorize the pickup.

If other work is scheduled, include the timing for maintenance, cleaning, or a walkthrough. Tell us who will provide entry, where the crew can load, and any building collection rules so we can discuss a suitable appointment.

Jobs we help with

Tenant move-out cleanouts
Furniture, household junk, and unwanted contents left for removal after a tenant move-out.
Post-eviction cleanouts
Collection of the items you authorize for removal. Include the unit condition, access arrangements, and responsible contact.
Rental turnovers
A single unit or several areas of a property. List each address or unit separately so the work can be quoted accurately.

Rental cleanout questions

Can I request work at more than one unit?

Yes. Provide the address, unit number, photos, and deadline for each job. We’ll discuss the work and appointment availability for those locations.

What if I will not be at the property?

Include the person arranging access and the person approving the work. Confirm entry, item removal, and quote approval arrangements with us before the appointment.

Does a cleanout include repairs or deep cleaning?

The junk removal quote covers the agreed collection, loading, hauling, and sweep-up of the collection area. Arrange repairs and deep cleaning separately.
